Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Electron details over the Web using Actinic Payments backed with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group as our secure payment processor. Alternatively you can choose the Paypal option to pay with either your credit/debit card or your PayPal account.
If you do not like submitting your credit card details over the web, or have difficulty with the e-secure bank accepting your details, select the 'Send Us A Cheque' option from the 'Payment Method' drop down list, print out your receipt and post your details and cheque to us. Due to increased bank charges we no longer accept payment by phone, this decision allows us to keep our prices low so you the customer benefits.
If you use the post you can also pay by postal order.
Please make cheques payable to : NattyNetty
Send your cheque or postal order to: NattyNetty, 73 Chapel Street, Exning, Newmarket, CB8 7HB, United Kingdom
If paying by cheque, your order will be despatched once payment has cleared, this is usually 5 working days after we receive the cheque.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Postage and Packing for the UK is charged as follows : £2.75 for orders up to the value of £35.00 FREE for orders over £35.00
For orders placed from overseas please select 'Credit or Debit Card' as your payment method.
Postage and Packing outside the UK but within Europe shows as a standard charge of £8.50 which will be automatically added to your order. However once the actual postage has been calculated we will adjust the shipping amount before accepting payment from your card provider - the maximum you will ever be charged is the £8.50 and the minimum will be the standard UK rate of £2.75.
Postage and Packing to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and BFPO addresses. Unfortunatlely due to the increasing costs to ship packages overseas we no longer accept orders from outside Europe as the average 2kg packet costs over £30 to send. If you would still like to order and pay shipping at cost please email us to discuss further.
If you have any questions about postage charges or would like an idea of the likely postage charges for overseas orders please email us and we will be happy to advise you.
Please note that whilst we take every care to send orders with the approriate insurance we can not be responsible for the Post Office failure to deliver. Where we can claim compensation for lost parcels from the Post Office we will refund or resend your orders. If we cannot reclaim compensation we cannot reimburse you.

Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch your order via Royal Mail within 48 hours, however please allow up to 5-7 working days. We send all UK orders under 1kg by First Class Post and all orders over 1kg are sent by either Royal Mail Standard Parcels or by Hermes couriers. Please be aware that there are times when we have many orders to process so delays in our delivery schedule may occur.
If any of the goods are out of stock but due to arrive from our suppliers within a few days we may hold on to your order until these arrive. Where part of the order is out of stock and expected within 14 days we will dispatch the part that is in stock and send the delayed items separately. If an order is dispatched in more than one part you will only be charged for delivery once.
POSTAL STRIKES : Please note that we will continue to dispatch orders during postal strikes unless told otherwise by the Royal Mail. During these periods we will send ALL orders using recorded delivery, hence they will require a signature on receipt.
